This Privacy Policy explains how A O K Marketing Management L.L.C, operating under the trading brand in8 (say “innate”) ("in8", "we", "us"), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data. We handle personal data in a manner consistent with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL") and applicable UAE regulations, including those of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).

2. What data we collect

• Business enquiry data you provide via our website or email — name, business name, email, phone, and the content of your message.
• Client onboarding data — details needed to configure the service, such as business licence information, WhatsApp Business number, calendar/booking details, and service pricing.
• End-customer conversation data (processed for clients) — messages, contact details, appointment and payment-link references that pass through the assistant we operate on the client's behalf.
• Technical data — basic log and device information when you visit this website.

3. How we use data

• To respond to enquiries and provide, configure, and manage the in8 service.
• To reply to, qualify, and book inbound enquiries, and to generate deposit payment links through a licensed UAE payment provider, on behalf of our clients.
• To improve service quality and reporting, using aggregated and, where possible, de-identified data.
• To meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

4. Messaging & WhatsApp

Where the service operates over the WhatsApp Business Platform, message handling is also subject to WhatsApp's and Meta's terms and policies. We send messages only to individuals who have contacted the client first or otherwise provided consent, and we honour opt-out requests (for example, replying "stop").

5. Payments

in8 does not collect, process, or hold payment card details or customer funds. Deposit payments are handled entirely by a licensed third-party UAE payment service provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

6. Sharing & sub-processors

We share data only as needed to deliver the service — for example with messaging platform providers (BSP/WhatsApp), AI model providers used to draft replies, payment providers, and hosting/infrastructure providers — each acting under contract. We do not sell personal data.

7. Data location & retention

We aim to keep personal data processed for UAE clients within the UAE or in jurisdictions offering an adequate level of protection, consistent with the PDPL and our client agreements. We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Subject to the PDPL, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact hello@in8.ae. For data handled on a client's behalf, we will direct your request to the relevant client (controller).

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — including access controls and authenticated integrations — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
