Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of this website and the services provided by A O K Marketing Management L.L.C, trading as in8 (say “innate”) ("in8", "we", "us"), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms. A separate written service agreement governs any paid engagement and prevails over these Terms where they conflict.

1. The service

in8 configures and operates an AI assistant on a client's WhatsApp Business number and/or website to reply to, qualify, and book inbound enquiries, and to generate deposit payment links via a licensed third-party payment provider. Scope, fees, and service levels for any engagement are defined in the applicable service agreement and order form.

2. Role & responsibilities

• The client remains the licensed provider of its own services and the controller of its customers' data. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the business information, pricing, and availability it supplies.
• in8 acts as a data processor and technical service provider on the client's behalf and follows the client's lawful instructions.
• The assistant is designed to hand off to a human for anything requiring professional judgement (for example, clinical questions) and does not give regulated advice.

3. Payments & funds

Deposit and payment processing is performed by a licensed UAE payment service provider under its own terms. in8 does not hold, control, or take custody of customer funds at any time.

4. Acceptable use & compliance

Clients must use the service in compliance with applicable UAE laws and platform policies, including TDRA regulations, the PDPL, and WhatsApp/Meta business messaging policies — including obtaining valid consent and honouring opt-outs. Messaging content must not be unlawful, misleading, or prohibited by the relevant platform.

5. Fees

Fees, setup charges, and any pass-through costs (such as messaging or AI-model fees) are set out in the service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Intellectual property

in8 retains ownership of its software, templates, and methods. The client retains ownership of its own content, brand, and customer data. Each party grants the other the licences reasonably necessary to deliver and receive the service.

7. Warranties & liability

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, in8 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement.

8. Term & termination

Engagements continue as described in the service agreement and may be terminated in accordance with its terms. Provisions intended to survive termination (such as confidentiality and payment obligations) will do so.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction, unless the service agreement specifies otherwise.
